High Waist Skirt
This is a very easy skirt that can be tweaked and embellished. Add pockets, make it mini, or apply lace to the bottom. The possibilities are endless. It wears best right around or above the belly button because of its lightly gathered and straight shape. Keep this is mind when measuring the waist. Sample used Brandon Mably Shell Scape , 44” wide.
